Q1. How long have you been a coach? What clients have you served?
I have been a Leadership Coach for 24 years and a Therapeutic Counsellor and Personal Development Coach for 15 years. On the leadership side, I have worked with OpenLine Communications for BMO US and BMO Canada (in English and French), IMPACT for CPPIB, and The Client Counsel for Scotiabank iLead program (in English, French, and Spanish). On the personal coaching front, I have worked with over 300 clients from diverse backgrounds in my private practice, providing support in English, French, and Spanish.
Q2. What training and certifications do you have?
I am a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and certified as a professional coach through Adler Graduate Professional School. I am also certified in Emotional Intelligence (E.I.), Equality and Diversity, Leadership Skills, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming through The Knowledge Academy. Additionally, I hold certifications in Facilitation from The Institute for Performance and Learning, and in Spiritual Therapy Counselling from The Transformational Arts College.
Q3. What is your coaching methodology?
My coaching methodology is highly adaptive. I apply one or more of the ten different coaching styles I am trained in, integrating Emotional Intelligence, Equality and Diversity, Leadership Skills, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming to enhance your learning journey. My goal is to meet you in the middle and guide you through the process, equipping and empowering you to achieve the goals you set for yourself.
Q4. How do you align your coaching with the client’s needs?
I align my coaching with each client’s needs by building trust through integrity. I focus on engaging you, earning your trust, and facilitating your success in reaching your objectives.
Q5. What are the defined boundaries of engagement?
Our engagement begins with a free discovery conversation where I ask open, curious questions to understand your situation, roadblocks, and goals. Once you are ready to start, we map out a structured plan together, and I guide you until you feel confident to continue independently. The duration of our engagement is tailored to your goals and mutually agreed upon when the plan is set.
Q6. What flexible coaching plans do you offer?
For one-on-one coaching, I recommend packages of 10 or 20 sessions, though custom packages are available upon request. For group and team coaching, I recommend workshops, with custom workshops also available as needed.
Q7. How do you measure progress against stated expectations and objectives?
To measure progress, I provide a mid-journey progress report and a final report at the conclusion of our engagement. This final report celebrates your achievements and clearly defines the strengths you have developed, as well as areas for continued growth and improvement.
